Ken was absolutely wonderful! His knowledge and understanding of every piece of information, and skill he taught to me was pure brilliance. He was kind, and supportive. He came in special on his day off to ensure my certification would be complete prior to my estimate start date at the hospital. I would highly recommend going to Ken if your American Heart Association certification is up for renewal. I feel so prepared if someone in my presence needs cpr or first aid. Grateful for this experience.
