I set up my class with Ken who was very nice and accommodating, everything was very clear and simple. I took the class with Tammy and she was very kind and informative, I felt very comfortable and left feeling confident I could handle an emergency situation using the skills I’d learned. Received my certification same day and I’m very thankful, will definitely return when it’s time to be recertified!
